Colonial Title benefits from 28+ years of leadership under Sue Motta (Vice President), whose extensive FDIC and banking experience in complex loan management drives a significant portion of our portfolio. Claudia Cardinale oversees all title examination and lien search functions, and skillfully guides clients through every step of the closing process. As the first colleague to join Colonial Title back in 1991, Claudia plays a pivotal role in agency operations. Maria Castro specializes in document and contract generation, title insurance and legal closing support, and provides bilingual English/Spanish advocacy for clients.
